Today, we are a medium-sized law firm, structured to provide legal assistance to domestic, foreign and multi-national companies in a wide range of areas: trade, company law, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fiscal law and tax litigation, labour laws and social security, real estate, pharmaceuticals, energy, maritime law and litigations.
